Nomadd enables all the above tasks via electronic forms on an agent’s mobile device. Where the agent is not face-to-face with the customer, a link can be sent to the customer to complete any one or all of the above tasks on their own smart device, without the need to download or install any software or app.
In retail scenarios that provide credit terms, customer on-boarding is typically a process that requires the capture of customer and product data for form completion and signing, the scanning of supporting documents and potentially, some credit vetting processes. Nomadd enables all the above tasks via electronic forms on a sales agent’s mobile device. Completed and signed applications are available for immediate approval by the relevant back-office department.
For suppliers of goods, the signed proof-of-delivery (POD) is a critical document that often provides the supplier with the trigger to invoice for the goods delivered. Nomadd provides the signed POD within seconds of the customer signing for the delivery. Additionally, Nomadd provide real-time information to the supplier in instances where deliveries are damaged, returned, delivered short or in conflict with the POD, including date, time, geolocation and pictures, etc. so that remedial action can be taken immediately to rectify the problem.
